Lamb Mechoui!

A recipe is coming this week! There have been a lot of festivities going on, and not much time for blogging. I was unfortunate to miss getting a pic of the lamb on the spit over the fire, but I was in the kitchen making a salad and sipping some wine. I will get the hang of it eventually!

Lamb provided by the farm Les Ecuries du Bercail run by Anouq and Etienne (Mont-Laurier, Quebec).
